Marylebone

We opened our gallery here at, 51 Chiltern Street, in 2000, and we are delighted to see that Condé Nast Traveler has recently proclaimed Chiltern Street to be the 'coolest' street in London. Enfin!

While Hoxton had a reputation for cutting edge conceptual art & Cork Street is known for its blue chip works and clientele, in Marylebone there is a tradition that is both approachable and innovative. The siting of the Frieze Art Fair, in Regents Park has put the area on the map for international collectors and of course, the Wallace Collection remains the jewel in the Marylebone crown.

Transport

Situated on the border of the congestion charge zone and having notoriously zealous traffic wardens, the area is not car-friendly. However, the London Transport network provides us with a wide range of options.

We are within walking distance of Marylebone Main Line Station and a 5 minute Tube or Bus trip from Paddington and Euston Stations. Baker Street Tube has a Chiltern Street exit/entry and is a junction for the Jubilee, Metropolitan, Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines. There is a plethora of Bus services and we are 10-15 minutes walk from Oxford Street and Bond Street.
